Idle fantasy RPG AFK Journey is getting a collaboration with the Fairy Tail anime. Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia will be brought over for the crossover event, which begins on May 1.
“Iconic Fairy Tail heroes Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia prepare to traverse Esperia as powerful dimensional faction heroes, bringing their signature abilities and combat styles to the battlefield,” says the press release.
The crossover will also feature player rewards and new content, which will be revealed later.
AFK Journey is the sequel to AFK Arena, which was no stranger to having crossover characters (the anime that AFK Arena collaborated with included Re:ZERO and That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime). The Lilith Games-developed game is available on Android, iOS, and Windows PC. Google Play named it its Best Game of 2024.
